I’ve been to NTB twice now, and both experiences have been fantastic. Mike, the manager, and Zack, the assistant manager, have been incredibly helpful, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process. They took the time to clearly explain everything, were polite and professional, and never made me feel pressured into anything I didn’t need. Both times, the service was quick and efficient, and I really appreciated how straightforward and trustworthy they were. It’s not always easy to find an auto shop where you feel confident you’re being treated fairly, but Mike and Zack have definitely earned my trust. Overall, I’ve had an excellent experience with this NTB location and will absolutely continue coming back. Highly recommend, especially because of the great service from Mike and Zack!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Above and Beyond Customer Service! I cannot say enough good things about Mike, the manager at NTB! My daughter and I had a morning that started out absolutely terrible when we got a flat tire. We were lucky enough to make it into the NTB parking lot, and while my daughter and I were attempting to change the tire ourselves, Mike came outside to check on us and see if we needed any help. Mike truly came to save the morning! ❤️ He could have easily just gone about his business, but instead he took the time to come out, help us, and make sure we were okay. When you’re already stressed, frustrated, and trying to figure out what to do next, having someone show genuine kindness and concern means more than people realize. Mike was professional, compassionate, and went above and beyond to help two women who were having a really rough morning. His kindness completely changed the direction of our day. Thank you, Mike, for being the kind of person who doesn’t just manage a business—you take care of people. NTB is lucky to have you! 👏❤️

Will definitely return to NTB on Penn Ave for all automotive needs, no matter how big or small! My 2020 Volvo XC90 needed a bit of work - new front and rear brakes, two new tires, rear alignment and new wiper blades. The quote I got from the dealer where I bought the vehicle was a ton of money (no surprise). I started shopping around online to find somewhere closer to where I live in the East End that might have reasonable pricing. I’m so glad I chose NTB on Penn Ave. Booking service was simple, customer service over the telephone was clear and helpful, and the overall work done was what I’d expect and at a great value, too. Additionally, I really appreciated working with Mike, the manager, and Zach. Both individuals clearly care about the work they do, for customers and servicing their automobiles. It was refreshing to experience transparency, plus both individuals were genuinely kind. Just a note to fellow LGBTQIA+ folx, because things like this matter… (I’m in a same-sex interracial marriage) My wife and I spent some time waiting to pick-up our vehicle, we felt safe and welcomed here. I was able to get my car in hassle-free on the same day I called. Mike let me know up front what it would cost and was communicative about the progress. He also was great about only charging me the price for the parts and not upcharging them. I’ll be back the next time I need a tire changed quickly!

Popped a front tire while in Pittsburgh and we’re running late for a concert. Mike did a great job to get us in and fix the tire while providing excellent service to help us and get us on the road as soon as possible to ensure we do not miss the concert.
